Can I use any sorts of photos on a Photobag?
(ii) 客戶交來的相片，尺碼不能大於 38cm * 29cm ，但也不能太小。由於手袋上的複印效果直接受到原照片質素 的影響，因此顧客最好提供高質素的數碼相片。有關相片請以 JPEG 方式壓縮，每幅相片的檔案大小約為 1M B ， 且以電子郵件寄至 order@ my-photobag.com 。 Most of the photos can be used to create Photobags, subject to some requirements: (i) We do not accept the illegal use of copyright photos of others. (ii) photos provided by the customers should not be larger than 38cm x 29cm , but also not too small. Customers should provide us good quality digital photos because the printing effect on a Photobag is directly affected by the quality of those photos. Digital photos should be compressed into JPEG format, with a file size around 1 megabyte per photo. Please e-mail the file(s) to order@my-photobag.com.
Which color should I choose?
We provide 41 kinds of colors for customers to choose. If a customer has any problem in choosing the right color, he or she can contact with our in-house designers for advice.
Can I have a black-and-white photo effect?
Yes, we can put color photos into black and white photos. Free of charge.
Is it possible to enlarge a particular part of the photo(s)?
外費用。 Yes, but customers must propose their reqirements when they ordering the Photobags. Our in-house designers will enlarge the particular portion of a photo (as big as possible) according to the customers' requirements, without any additional charges.
Is there any express order service?
務 , 我們亦可於 1 星期內製成加 3 天付運 , 唯每個手袋需按售價額外加收30%手續費。 Generally, customers can receive the finished Photobag within 2 to 3 weeks (5-6 weeks in the Europe and America by surface mail) after the order had been confirmed by the customers. An extra service charge (30% base on the listed price of the Photobag) will apply on each bag if the customers want to shorten the delivery time within 10 days.(1 week producing time plus 3 delivery days.)
Can I use two photos on a same bag?
雙面僅加收HKD$50或同等貨幣, 至於真皮相片手袋價格HKD$200或以下加$30, $200以上加$50. Customers can order two sided Photobags with two different photos on each side of the bag. An additional HKD ＄30 will be charged on the photo bag (made with satin or PU) which price is at or below HKD$150, over HKD$150 will be charged HKD$50 or same value currency. An additional HKD$30 will be charged on the photo bag (made with leather) which price is at or below HKD$200, over HKD$200 will be charged $50.
How should I pay?

What about the delivery?
楷英文或中文 , 詳列收件地址。 顧客亦可以親臨我們公司直接取貨 。 We will deliver the finished products by specified express mailing service to the customer's specified address. In order to avoid mailing mistakes, customers must fill in the ordering form in capital letters or Chinese regular script . Customers can come to our shop to get the products directly also.
Is there any repairing service?
We will provide a 6-month free repairing service (not including damage caused by the customers, whether intentionally or unintentionally). Customers must present the relevant receipt(s) in order to use the service.
What should I pay attention to before ordering?
(i) 製成品的顏色可能與原本相片不同 . (ii)相片每旁會有 5mm 的背景餘位用來製作紙口 . 有關的相片部分不會顯示在製成品上 . (iii)手袋上端的雞眼位置出現在相片上 , 可能影響相片的構圖 . (iv)我們對顧客交來的相片擁有最終裁剪權 , 除顧客有特別要求（要求要及早提出），正常來說顧客不得異議 . (v)顧客在下訂單訂購相片手袋時必須同時全數付款 .
The terms and conditions are listed on the ordering form. Customers should read through the content before submitting an order. There are a few particularly important things a customer should pay special attention to: • The reprinting photo color on the finished product(s) may differ from the master photo(s). • a 5mm margin on each side of the photo will be used to make the joins. The image on these margins will not be shown on the Photobag. • In order to attach the shoulder straps, there will be punctures on the reprinted photo(s) which may affect the visual effect. • We have the final right to decide the cropping of the photo(s). （if customers have any special requests, please propose earlier, otherwise customers can not have any objections.) • Customers must to pay the total amount of the order before submitting an order .
Can I return the finished product(s) for a refund?
As the Photobag is tailor made for each customer, My Photobag will not accept the returning of products or refunding, unless the flaw is caused by My Photobag.
How to maintain my Photobags?
第放回袋內 , 同時放進適量的防潮珠 , 當可減低手袋變形的機會 . (ii) 人造皮手袋 : 顧客可用碧麗珠清除一般污漬 ( 相片部分除外 ). 其餘保養則與全皮革手袋一樣 . (iii) 相片上的污漬 : 一般污漬只能以小量清浮水印在污漬上 , 然後讓手袋自然風乾 . 較深和面積較大的污漬 , 則沒有 特定的清潔用品 , 因此顧客務須避免手袋沾上難於清除的污漬 .
• Genuine leather bags - after receiving the finished products, customers may apply leather polish before use (DO NOT polish the photo sided surface). Everytime after use, customers should put the paper stuffing together with some dehumidifier into the bags to avoid shape distortion. • Artificial leather bags – detergents like ' Pledge ' can remove ordinary stains from the bag (DO NOT use on the photo sided surface). The storage method is similar to genuine leather bags. • Stains on the photo surface – customers can use a bit of clear water to clean the photo surface, and let the bag dry naturally. As there is no special detergent for removing deep or large area stains, customers should use their Photobags with special care.
Which style should I choose?
Basically,horizontal photos used for the wide and flat shaped bags , on the other hand, vertical photos used for the long narrow shaped bag is better.
Do I have to crop the photo(s) before sending it to you?
您的要求，我們都會提供優質的服務。 You do not have to crop the photo by yourself. All you have to do is write down your requests. After we have cropped your photo, we will send the cropped photo to you through e-mail, and ask for your comment first before we make the Photobag.
How should I send the photo(s)?

I decided to send the photo(s) by ordinary mail. Will you return it after use?
We will mail the finished Photobag attached with the photos back to the customers , but customers have to accept the terms of taking risks of photo damages or ailing mistakes listed on the ordering form.
